First Summer Brunch I Hakkasan

by - May 30, 2018

It was the first day of summer here in Abu Dhabi and we got invited to this luxurious restaurant Hakkasan at the Emirates Palace.  I have never been here and I was pretty excited when a good friend of mine Lo Pascual of Lo's Closet  invited me to join him and some of our dear friends for a brunch.

Hakkasan offers Brunch every Friday.  You can either request for a table at their main restaurant, the Ling Ling Lounge or outside at their Terrace.  We had our table at the Terrace.  and that first day of summer with a 28 degrees heat, it was not that bad.

Let's talk about the food.  To start, you can choose from a selection of steamed, baked and fried dim sums, including Har gau and Scallop shumai.  And for the main course, you can sample delicate Peking duck from one of their live stations, alongside dishes from the brunch menu.  Last but not the least, they serve handcrafted miniature desserts that you will love and crave for more.

The Wagyu Beef Truffle Puff is my favorite from all the dim sum selection.

And of course one of Hakkasan's signature dish the Peking Duck, I love and kept coming back for more.  It's cooked to perfection.  Great job their Chef Lee.

The squad get to meet the man behind all these delicious goodness food, Chef Lee.  He's the kindest and sweetest.

After the brunch we spend a bit of time exploring the beautiful Emirates Palace.  I will have a separate blog on that.

Have a lovely Brunch!

Disclosure: Our brunch was complimentary by Hakkasan in order to share our opinion about their food, but this isn’t a sponsored post.
